Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on film developing and scanning services.

Shipping:
For mail-in orders, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Currency:
All items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), including Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Return to Sender Costs:
If a customer’s order is returned by the shipping service to Flight Labs, due to an incorrect address, customer failure to collect, or any other reason, the shipping carrier may charge Flight Labs a ‘return to sender’ fee. Flight Labs reserves the right to issue a fee to the customer before any such parcel will be re-sent to the customer. Customers may be asked to pay a second shipping fee also. By placing an order with Flight Labs, customers accept these shipping conditions and understand that failure to pay any second shipping fee or return to sender fee may result in the order not being re-sent to the customer.

Product Images & Descriptions:

All of our items feature images and a short description. From time to time manufacturers’ packaging changes, and thus our item images may not always exactly match the item you receive. However, all of our items are legitimate, high-quality film. We only sell new film well within its expiry date (unless otherwise stated). Most item descriptions are written by us, sometimes with input from manufacturers. We do not guarantee that the product will function in one way or another. The very nature of film means that the end result is dependent on various factors including the camera and the processing of the film.

All product images on flightlabs.com.au are the property of Flight Labs and certain brands/suppliers. Any product photos may not be re-produced/re-used without prior consent.

Billing Terms & Conditions:

Customers may choose at checkout to use one of several online payment processing options, including Credit Card, Paypal.

All of these options are secure and safe to use for online purchases. Flight Labs only have limited access to your personal credit card and billing data. Any such data will only be used by staff to process your order and payment. No billing information will ever be shared with any other third party for any other purpose, except with payment processing providers used by Flight Labs. Once purchase is complete and your payment has been processed, Flight Labs will begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment.
